Live pull from the OLH QA & Closing Tracker Airtable base (Jobs table), scoped the same way as
the OLH Meters & CO dashboard: Record Status = Active, no Actual Completion Date yet, Projected Completion Date
on/after Oct 1, 2026, and has either an Actual Start Date or a Scheduled Closing Date. New EDD, Closing Moving?, and
Reason are saved to a separate Move Tracker Airtable base and never written back to the Jobs table.
